⚠️ Glass installation: The 245mm round cut-out must be made by a glazier before the glass is toughened. This door cannot be installed into existing toughened or double-glazed panels — the glass must be replaced with the hole pre-cut. Contact us if you need cut-out specifications for your glazier.

Yes. The G-MCDW stays locked by default. Only a cat wearing the C-M collar magnet can trigger the door to open. Other cats, animals or people without the magnet cannot open it from the outside, making it the most effective non-electronic solution for keeping neighbourhood cats out.
No. The multi-magnetic system is entirely passive — the C-M collar magnet physically interacts with the door's internal magnets to release and reset the lock. No batteries, no power supply, no app and no microchip reader required. The door cannot fail due to dead batteries, so your cat is never locked out unexpectedly.
Yes. The C-M collar magnet pack includes two magnets — one for each of two cats. Both cats will be able to use the door freely. If you have more than two cats, additional C-M packs can be ordered separately.
The G-MCDW fits glass panels from 3mm to 26mm thick. The 245mm round cut-out must be made by your glazier before the glass is toughened — it cannot be cut into existing toughened glass. Contact us for cut-out specifications to pass on to your glazier.
