Dog Doors for Glass Doors — Dogwalk® Glass Fitting Range
Looking for a dog door for a glass door, ranch slider, or double-glazed panel? Dogwalk® glass fitting dog doors install directly into the glass itself — no frame cutting, no wall modification. Designed in New Zealand since 1999, the unique round cut-out makes installation faster and cleaner for glaziers compared to rectangular alternatives. The high-swing flap reduces hinge stress for longer-lasting performance, and models are available in clear, white and black to suit your joinery. Whether you need a dog flap for a glass sliding door, a double-glazed window, or a single glass panel, there’s a Dogwalk® model to suit. Trusted by glaziers and dog owners across 20+ countries worldwide.
Can you put a dog door in a glass door? Yes — a glazier replaces the glass panel with a new one that has a round hole (320mm intermediate or 385mm standard) pre-cut at manufacture, then fits the Dogwalk® dog door into the hole. Existing toughened or double-glazed glass cannot be cut on-site. Most installations are complete in under an hour once the panel arrives.
